Meaningful Activities Survey (North East) 2012

This survey is gathering information about meaningful activities delivered in services for people who are homeless. By meaningful activities we mean any activities that are delivered with the intention of increasing confidence and self esteem  and/or developing skills and experience that will help people break the cycle of homelessness.

The information from this survey will be used to design and deliver a good practice sharing event to help homelessness services in the North East to improve their meaningful activity provision by using new ideas and partnership working

Thank you for taking the time to fill this in
