We are working with a range of service providers in your area to look at how we can better support people with multiple needs to lead fulfilling lives.
There are many definitions of "multiple needs" . For the purpose of this survey we are using the locally agreed definition as follows: INSERT LOCAL DEFINITION
We want to talk to services about their experiences of working with these clients and other services and hear your ideas. The survey will ask you about:

difficulties you face when working with people with multiple needs

Your answers will help inform an action plan to improve services.
