Welcome to the Get Creative online evaluation tool. This is an online evaluation tool to be completed after taking part in any arts or creative activities run by your project, such as a theatre trip, a pottery group, an exhibition or a singing group. This survey is to be completed by clients (staff or peer can support this process).
This survey will take no longer than 5 minutes. The purpose of this tool is to help our project collect information on the the creative activities we run, so we can run more and improve them to meet your needs. Homeless Link is helping us to collect this information and we will therefore share information with them. This survey is anonymous.
