Homeless Link is the national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who become homeless or are at risk of homelessness in England.
This survey, commissioned by the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the homelessness sector workforce, including the range and scale of roles that exist, who works in the sector, and an organisational perspective on the challenges and successes in recruiting and retaining high-quality staff.
This survey asks for an organisational response. If yours is an organisation working across homelessness and other areas, please respond for your homelessness workforce only (for example, if you are a registered provider with a range of housing please tell us about those staff working to support people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness only.)
The survey will require some figures (or best estimates) about staff roles within your organisation, including aggregate information about the demographics of staff members. If you do not know these, please come back to the survey later on using the same link, your previous answers will be saved as long as you use the same computer.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
