Homeless Link is the national membership charity for organisations working directly with people who become homeless or are at risk of homelessness in England.  

This survey, commissioned by the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the homelessness sector workforce, including who works in the sector, routes into the sector, risks around leaving, and opportunities and challenges regarding training, development, progression and retention.

Homeless Link will securely store this data for three years in line with our Data Protection Policy. If you wish for your data to be removed at any point you can contact research@homelesslink.org.uk.   

All your answers will be anonymised and stored separately from your contact details. Only Homeless Link’s research team will have access to the full data collected. We will not share any personal information about you or your service with any third parties. Information reported and shared following analysis will be done at an aggregate level and will not be identifiable to you or your service.
